February Week 3 – Knitting
Well I am a little bit behind on my posts this month – although that doesn’t mean I haven’t been spending some time doing crafts. It is more of a mix of things 1. Work has just been so busy including working at home in the evenings and 2. putting off “finishing” my wool projects. I find the sewing together and sewing in ends the most boring part of Knitting and Crochet and as such sometimes I put it off for quite some time before I do it.
You will remember at the end of January I was half way through a second project – one that I was making for my hubby. Well about 2 weeks ago (so really not that far into February) I completed that knitting project (well all except the finishing). So I have finally got round to finishing the project and therefore time to share it with you.
This was a pattern from Knitting and Crochet magazine. As soon as I saw the pattern I fell in love with it. Hubby does photography in his spare time and he has a few baby props and I knew this would be a perfect design to go with his baby props. I used the free wool from the magazine for this project – although you could use whatever colour scheme you wished.
I hope you like it 🙂
